• Visual Studio using maximum function inside if -else condition

  Hi , i need to generate a report from a database that has two fields named "category" and "timeinseconds ", I need to get the max(timeinseconds) for those records whose category='web' and the max(timeinseconds) for those records whose category="API". I used if- else statements and the "maximum" function in crystal report like this if({tablename.category})= "API" then Maximum ({tablename.TIMETAKEN}) else 0 But as the formula executes for all records , i'm getting the output for the last record in the database. • Visual Studio Sharing Files\unsharing files

  I noticed in Sourcesafe that some up my forms had what looks like the shortcut icon on them. from another thread I have seen it looks like this might mean they are shared. They shouldn't be as there is only one project in sourcesafe. How do I get them to be unshared Thanks. If you move a file from a folder to another in VSS (by dragging the file), the file is actually shared between the two folders.   Hello, I have spent almost 3 days trying different recommendations from this forum without luck. I originally had the "Unable to connect to the Windows SharePoint Services" error. I have uninstalled TFS / Sharepoint multiples times. Making sure I deleted the database. Last, I changed the port for Sharepont Admin to match TFS and now I am getting the following error when attempting to create a project. Please help.   1. Does Visual Studio Express come with XML capabilities or do i need to download it If so what do i need to download 2. • Visual Studio Team System Modifying canned reports

  I am trying to the rdl from the Team Systems report services site and the rdl before I switch to data view runs fine, but once I switch the report to data view. I have both connections that the server uses and checked permissions and all that seems fine. Is there any info any where to let me know how to properly setup a development environment to be able to properly modify and make variations of the canned reports I seem to be pretty close, probably something simple. thanks in advance for any help.   Hi, how may i have an impact on how my properties in an activity are serialized I've tried using the DesignerSerializer attribute: [DesignerSerializer(typeof(ProcessUnitActivitySerializer), typeof(WorkflowMarkupSerializer))] but only the OnBeforeSerialize method of the ProcessUnitActivitySerializer was called. I would like to have my properties be XML serialized in a completely different way as the default. Implementing IXmlSerializable or using XML-Serializing property attributes also didn't help.   We're using TFS Beta 3 Refresh and we're having the following problem: When we create a Task or a Bug Report on our MSF for Agile Software Development project, we can use formatting in the Description-field. Things like Bold, Italic, Lists... seem to work which is of course very important to make a readable Task or Bug-Report.   I am having trouble displaying the data source tool box. When I use the menu option it gives the message "Operation failed. Only true type fonts are supported. This is not a true type font."
