• Windows Forms Can I change how Publish.html looks like?

  Hay! I'm new in Click Once publish and I don't know where to find any information regarding changing how publish.html looks like. I'd like to include in it my company logo and so on. Is there any tamplate on wich is based on Where can I change background color, fonts... And I don't want to change publish.html everytime I publish my app. Is there a way to make this changes only first time Thank you for your help! • Visual Studio 2008 (Pre-release) LINQ install fails (May CTP)

  Hi, When starting the installer, I get the message: "Cannot find a valid Product to install LINQ with" and then tells me that I need a version of Visual Studio 2005 installed in the next dialog. I do have Visual Studio 2005 Professional (German) installed and I never had such problems with other previews that involved VS 2005 (e.g. Orcas). I believe that the problem is related to the german language version of VS 2005 since there was also a language problem in the last preview (you had to copy some files after installation).   I’m trying to use the my.log.writeExcption method to write exceptions to the event log on a web server. I’m having a hard time finding information on how to set up the web config. There are lots of good examples for my.application.log but not much showing up for my.log from ASP.net. • SQL Server import hierarchical data

  hi folks, I have to import hierarchical text files like: 32;country;city;postalcode;street 21;name;firstname;salutation;title;age;nickname 21;name;firstname;salutation;title;age;nickname ... additionally I have to eleminate doubles. what is the best way for this problem I have set up a flatfilesource with two columns and a conditional split on the first column so now I have an output with [country;city;postalcode;street] and one with [name;firstname;salutation;title;age;nickname]. • Visual Studio Team System How do I disable "resolve" in work items check-in policy

  I asked this in the general forum, but seems like it's more applicable to this one, so sorry for double post. I have a work items policy for check-in, and I want my team to only be able to "associate" and not "resolve" an item on checkin.  I saw this done at a demo, but the guy didn't say how he did it, and I can't seem to find out how.   I am a complete newbie when it comes to crystal reports. I am working on a project where I am going to make 3 realatively simple reports. However, the application is multilingual. I'd rather not make one report for each language (I just made one, and it was a drag to format because it is realtively crammed with infomation), so I am looking for a way to dynamically read from a resource file into my crystal reports. • Visual Studio Upgrading projects using Crystal from beta1 to beta2 failed

  I am getting the following crystial compile errors when upgrading projects from beta 1 to beta 2: "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\...\Global.asax: ASP.NET runtime error: Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, Version=9.7.3500.0, Culture=neutral,..." The system could not find the file specified. Has something changed Hi Bill. Maybe if you try to insert a new report to your project using vs 2005 beta 2 it will correct the references. • .NET Development XML signed with cert issued from Intermediate CA

  Hi, I'm working on signing and verifying XML files with X509 Certificates. The quesiton I have is around the structure that includes a Root CA, and Intermediate CA issued by the Root CA, and a code signing cert issued by the Intermediate CA. On the signing machine, I have all 3 installed. I can use the signedXML class and sign the XML using the X509IncludeOptions to include all certs to the chain inside the XML signature. On the verification machine, I only have the Root CA.
