• SQL Server CLR Stored Procedure Not Visible

  I am trying to do some time series analysis on data that I have. I've read that the best way to do this is to use CLR to write the manipulation code in .Net and then load the assembly into SQL rather than extracting the data, manipulating it and putting it back again. I'm using crystal reports with visual studio 2003 to do my reporting. The problem I am facing is that the CLR stored procedures I create using SQLExpress are not visible from my SQL explorer built into Visual Studio 2003.   Hi all, I have a SQL Server 2000, SP4 on a Win 2003 SP1 machine. Trying to upgrade to SQL 2005, but for some reason, during the installation, it skips the page where I need to specify if I want to do a default or named instance.   i'm a little confused with c# static variables. i understand what static variables are, however it seems their lifetime goes beyond the lifetime of the page call (in asp.net). eg. a static variable in some class public static int m_test; EXAMPLE SENARIO: 1. call the page and print the variable (value is 0) 2. call the page again and set the variable to 100 3. call the page again and print the variable (the value is now 100) I am a little concerned because I am assuming the static variables exist in the scope/lifetime of a single page call. however with the above example, i can no longer assume that the variable's value is 'clean' (because it ...Show All

  Hello I am trying to create integration package with MS-SQL 2005 SSIS Version 9.00.1399.00  The process loads multiple Flat files(Tab Delimited) from specified packaged folder. Some time there is a chance that Falt file comes with Fewer columns than it was specified in package.   I had to change the passwords for our TFS domain accounts before upgrading from Beta2 to the RC. Everything seemed to work properly after I updated the passwords for the services utilized by Team Foundation. In Beta 1 - I could happily add my Custom EventService to the Web.Config Runtime, Services section (saves instantiating in code etc - no good for a WS) In Beta 2 - I've noticed we have to wrap EventService objects in ExternalDataExchangeService (from memory).   I have a Fujitsu-Siemens LOOX 520 running WM 5 version 5.1.70 on which I am trying to create a Server 2005 Mobile database.
