  Hi, We are having code in which we start a new thread and set it as STA. This new thread initializes IHTMLWindow2 object and then starts another thread. But, in that second thread if we try to access the IHTMLWindow2 which is initialized in the first thread we are getting this exception "COM object that has been separated from its underlying RCW cannot be used".   The tool box is empty.  I force all tools to be displayed and they are greyed out. Is this software supposed to have tools available Toolbox is empty when you are in code editor window.   I am using visual C++ 6.0 to program a data acquisition system. I am continously plotting data within a loop but am unable to access the file menu (or any menu) during the plot.
