  In MSDE sql server 2000 dtsrun was available to execute the dts packages but now with sql server 2005 express edition integration service is not part of express/workgroup edition and the dtsexec run time is also not available. Can anyone tell me what my options are other than using different edition of sql. My current configuration is Windows XP pro with MSDE 2000 and want to upgrade to sql server 2005 express edition. • .NET Development Simplest way to move records from one db to another db

  Hi All, I need the fetch the details from oracle db. I am doing this in my front end. Now i have to move this details fetched from other application's db(oracle) to my applications db that is SQL Server in a temp table. Can any one suggest a simplest way to do that. i have a option of moving the details to a dataset and then move the records from there. But i need an alternative.   Hello, My user control is quite similar to the TabControl: Ive got a collection of panels, and some buttons to switch between them. The panel’s collection inherits from ReadOnlyCollectionBase. In design mode I get access to the diferent panels inside de collection, and when I add a control to the panel and hit a button to switch panels everything is fine.   Hi I have written a small program in C#/PInvoke that creates a DC, prints a text to it using DrawText (in gdi32.dll) and then returns it to C# which saves it to a file. Now, on my workstation (Windows XP) it gives a good result, but on my server, which runs on Windows Server 2003, the quality is kind of bad. Both machines have good Matrox graphics cards.   Okay, i'm learning VB.NET (and having quite a bit of fun with it). Well, I had the old beta version. Anyway, went away for a week and found I could no longer use it. Why "Beta period is over.". Yeah, it sucks. Well, I uninstalled it via the uninstaller. I upgraded my .NET framework, etc, and redownloaded VB.NET. Everything installed okay, save for the SQL server. It repeatedly fails. • Windows Forms How do I get the table to accept input into a form written via a program.

  If I write to a text box via a program, the table attached to the form is not updated until I navigate to the next form record. Presumably the Form locator.position change accepts and confirms the value to the table.   The Data Table is not linked to a SQL database or MS Access but I read and write to it from text files so I can not to an sql COMMIT.   On occasion, the field will display the value sent but the underlying table ignores it.   ok....i have a realtek rtl8169/8110 nic card in my neo motherboard(k8) and i call my cable provider...i know they can't help me but i thought i would give it a try, and he said he can see the cable modem..and the mac adress, but can not communicate w/ the nic card for some reason...windows vista see's both of my nic cards but can't use either of them...i cant /release them, i get a message "can not release disconnected media...and it gives me the default 169.xxx.xx.x ip and default subnet mask when it can not obtain or see an ip address...i was wondering if i could instead of obtain the ip they could give me one to insert into it...or is the ...Show All
