• SQL Server Problem with Management Studio

    I can't open the SQL Server management studio but previously it was working fine.This only happened after I encountered error during processing because one of my disk is full. I've done restarting the machine but still the Sql Server open. It only opens the splash screen for a second. Now, the only thing I can do, is connect to different pc and connect to Sql server. Is there a way to solve this problem except from reintalling the SQL Server 2005 RTM. tnx. ...Show All

  Hi, I tried to create a new tfs-project, but got a very strange error message (see below). But I need to be able to reuse the name! • SQL Server 2005 Management Studio sa default 'arabic' language

  When I open the properties for SA in 2005 Management Studio (MS) I see that the default language is Arabic.  If I open 2000 Enterprise Manager for the same instance the language is English.  Thanks. As it appears you have found an issue with the management dialog or an underlying component. I have filed a bug for this so it can be followed up in a service pack (pending the team's decision to fix this).   In reality the default language is not Arabic but it is likely to be English (depending on your version of SQL Server 2005). • Visual Studio Team System Reporting for Team System only works for Admin account

  I've installed Team Foundation Server on an active directory domain. Out of the box the reporting services  did not work, but I managed to get it working for the Administrator group. Ofcourse I would like to give "normal" users permissions to view the reports. The actions I have done so far: - I've enabled Integrated Security on the connections of the reporting services - I've added account throughout SQL Server for the group that should be allowed reading the reports.
