• Visual Studio Team System How to move workspace data?

  Hi, I am currently migrating my works to new laptop. The hard drive data is exactly duplicated using Ghost to the new laptop's hard drive. After everything is installed, TFS no longer recognizes the pending changes and my existing workspaces which existed in the old computer. How can I easily tell TFS that I want to use the existing workspace, and all its mappings, and bring back all my pending changes Of course I can easily shelve those previous changes and get latest for all, but I have about 20 mappings and they contains very large data. • Visual C# IVsaSite vs ICodeCompiler

  I have an application that makes extensive use of IVsaSite, specifically it generates VB code, and adds a number of "Global" objects such as an execution context, value evaluators,.....  Now that I have upgraded to .NET 2.0 all IVsaSite references are considered to be obsolete and will not be supported in the future.  The warning message suggests using ICodeCompiler instead, however I can find no way of allow access to named global objects. I assume you can set the color of a calculated members dynamically in the Fore Color Expression property but I can't find any code samples for that.   Hello everybody! This is my first post here (sorry for my english) I have resource file shared in more than one solution. I VC++6, and VS2003 there was no problem to edit this file in resource editor. In VS2005 I cannot save this file, and there is no Dialog Editor items in Toolbox also. • Windows Forms ClickOnes copies all files instead of changed only

  Hi all! I use ClickOnce to deploy my application in our local network. Application consists abot 25 files. Only a small part of files changed time to time, but ClickFiles always copies all files (include unchanged). Files locate on a file's server share. Manifests are generated with Mage.exe.   In my application the user can enter form textfields and check checkboxes to dynamically generate the SQL SELECT. Most searched values com from one table but some come from other tables with a 1:n relation. So, if needed INNER JOIN them by writing the FROM statement in a variable, that I use in the query.   Hi, Hope someone can offer some suggestions as to why I cannot install C# express edition. I have followed all the installation instructions and just cannot not figure out why it won't install- have no firewalls, Antivirus, or unwanted services.
