  Hello, I have been trying to read a serial port (a balance). I used the sniplets to start with.   Doesn't look to me like there's any built in way to do this based on the TeamFoundation .targets file implementation, but I thought I'd check to make sure I wasn't missing something.   Hi All The installation of .Net framework fails with the error 1304. "Error writing to file: Microsoft.Vsa.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory". I see the directory %WINNT%\Microsoft.NET created and that file "Microsoft.Vsa.dll" present in it when this message occurs.
