• SQL Server SQLAgent2005 not starting

  I installed SQL 2005 successfully but sqlagent is not starting, giving the following error: SQLServerAgent could not be started (reason: Error creating a new session). And in the agent log I see the following error. Message [298] SQLServer Error: 208, Invalid object name 'msdb.dbo.syssessions'. [SQLSTATE 42S02] Can anybody give any ideas how to solve this Thanks...   Hi, I have a 5 user network running SBS 2000. I have installed SQL Server Express on one of the client machines (not the SBS Server) I can connect locally without problem.
