SQL Server Modifying a dimension by adding a new attribute using AMO
Using AMO , I am trying to add new attributes to a dimension. It works fine if the dimension is a new dimension but if the dimension belongs to a cube, the Update method returns the following error: Message "Errors in the metadata manager. .NET Development Access security status (firewall, av)
I am trying to get information about the current status of the firewall and anti-virus application (status ok, deactivated, anti-virus definitions out of date and so on). The application we are writing won't be updated frequently, so checking registry keys of the different AV-vendors doesn't seem to be a good idea (AV Vendor releases a new version --> registry keys change --> our application doesn't deliver the right information anymore). ...Show All

Visual Studio Visual Studio Debugger Crashes after Exception Thrown
While in debug mode in a particular ASP project, Visual Studio will hang after any exception is thrown. This happens if the error is handled or not handled. The above stated problem won’t occur on a new ASP project. The problem project has approx 40 aspx files. Business classes are maintained in a separate class project. Visual Studio Team System File Attachments NOT opening
We are running TFS Beta 3 Refresh, Single Server. We can attach files (pictures, txt files etc) to a bug or task but when we try to open an attachment Internet Explorer spawns and just sits there forever trying to access a page. I can only get the attachment to display (and even then it only displays inside Internet Explorer and does not spawn the asssociated program to view the attachment) by pushing the stop button then hitting refresh. ...Show All

When attempting to install TFS it is giving me an error saying it required the default IIS web site in order to continue. The Default IIS Web Site is there, so I am not sure what the problem is.
