  I was stress testing one of my apps when an unexpected W32Exception showed up. The native error code "14" points to an "OUT_OF_MEMORY" error. The test PC had at least 25Mb of free RAM and more in the Page file (as shown in Task manager). I could still start unrelated programs and apart from the CPU load everything was stable.
