  I searched a bit for this, but VS2005 Team Suite has been checking out most of my 'Bin' directory each time I open OR build my solution.   I installed TFS server on a system which had FAT32 as its file system and ultimately landed with the error 32000 which asked me either to change the file system or place the virtual server directory in an ntfs sytem.
