ldierk % Time in GC counter getting "stuck"
Been running some load tests and I've noticed that every once in awhile, the "% Time in GC" performance counter from the web server gets "stuck". What I mean by this is you can see the counter tracking normally, but then at a ceretain point, it pegs at a certain value (typically around 40%) and every reading after that comes back with the same value. anyway to get VS to startup quickly As ever since I've connected it to a team server the startup time has gone through the roof. prior to the team explorer installation it opened VS clean off the boot in around 4-5 seconds. now its past the 10 second mark.
