AlucardJC Updates to Team Foundation SDK in RTM version
Just a small question about the changes. In beta3 when registering a plugin you had to supply "Catalog.PortfolioProject". In RTM the PortfolioProject type is not available in the Catalog class. Instead you have a TeamProject const. I'm suspecting this new const replaces the old one. The problem is that when I try to debug my plug-in the experimental hive only show my plug-in under the project node, and not the 4 others. Does this me ...Show All

Jim From Florida private branch for developer
I know that this is not the default way to work in VSTS, but I think that when there is a big change private branch should be used. that way: 1. changes of others will not be a problem 2. at the end of the work merge to the main branch will be done this is an option - instead of working on a normal workspace. I wanted to asked if someone works that way, and if it is recommended thanks Shelveset is not good enough because I ...Show All

Pater_Peter Is there a maximum number of virtual users allowed for load testing?
We're investigating load testing tools and building an environment to do load testing in. Does Visual Studio put a limit on the number of virtual users that it will generate The other commercial products were looking at charge a licensing fee based on the number of virtual users. I was wondering if VS 2005 had a similar limit. Since we don't have a seperate environment setup yet for load testing, I am reluctant to just ...Show All
