• Martin Carolan Which CTP?

  I am just downloading the July CTP of TFS and Vis Studio.  The problem is there seems some conflicting instructions.  On the TFS page it says that you have to use June CTP of SQL Server for it to work.  On the same page it says VS2005 July CTP wont work with June CTP of SQL Server! Does this mean you cant use July CTP of TFS and VS2005 together   Isnt it the whole point of having the 2 CTPs together, especially on something s ...Show All

  Hi, I have installed VS 2005 Team Suite and finished OK. I previously installed Word, Excel and Project 2003. VS seams to work fine but I can't access the workitems menu in MS Excel. If I tried to open Excel from a WorkItems List in VS (for example from Active Bugs query results) I get an error message that says: "Old format or invalid type library. • AMK How do I configure access for users from another domain?

  I'm beginning to think I'm missing something basic. My users in the other domain can access the TFS but can't see Documents or Reports (without setting DNS suffixes on their machines) because those URLs include an unqualified server name.
