  I Lost my previous posting.... Basically, I installed the develpoer edition and got that working. I'm now failing at about 4/5 of the installing with a "ecountered server error" problem. There is no retry option. When I click ok, I'm returned to the team services page that says "Installation successfull".   I am using Beta 3 Refresh. I tried using the TFSDeleteProject utility to delete permanently a team project but it does not work.   I have installed a new team server with Beta 3, the old one has also beta 3 but it is in a VPC, the new server is not a VPC.
