There is a persistance service in use so the workflow is unloaded on idle.   I am also having the same problem I got it to work. When I posed this question I was at work only trying to burn the disk. Once I got home I created a nero image of the full 3.13 Gig file and just burn it to a dvd as a Disc Image or saved project.
