• vitallis Problems with MSVidCtl & MPEG

  I am trying to use MSVidCtl to build a tuner graph for the PCI PVR type devices (Hauppauge WinTV, AverMedia MCE 1500 etc., NVTV) but am running into problems. I am able to get the graph from the MSVidCtl COM object and it works just fine for the Hauppage WinTV etc. but not for any of the devices that utilize the MPEG encoder & mux, here I am left with an incomplete graph without the encoder/MUX and with a video renderer unattached.   I am unable to get sound with build 5308 using the onboard Realtek High Definition Audio on my Intel D915PBL mainboard.   I have Windows Vista Build 5270 installed and tried a DirectX 9 game (SilkRoad Online). It said, that I should install DirectX 9.0b or later. dxdiag is telling me, that DirectX 10 is already installed.
