Any clue as to when the spelling source may be available Also out of curiosity, what is the WordBreaker source Thanks! mp Dumb me, I was passing too much into the query node which was causing it to return 0 results. Spelling is in fact working. I have the same question about Loca ...Show All

So if i'm right, Microsoft is releasing MSN Messenger Activity API's for the protocol Good, in a way, but will Microsoft change they're licence to allow us to create applications (such as MSN Messenger Robots and 3rd Party MSN Messenger Clients) that will connect to the .NET Messenger Network , because if not, then this is really just for refrence....   Pepper wrote: How exactly I dont see how you ...Show All

  • Waldsee Activities Menu Unavailable

I've noticed a number of instances with users not being able to access our P4 application because the Activities menu is consistently unavailable.  I have witnessed this situation myself over several  home broadband connections and the Activity list comes up with the following message: "List of games or activities is temporarily unavailable. Please close and try again later." I initially thought this was due to a restriction on the c ...Show All

  • Rohnish Contest - third category?

At http://worldsbestapp.com/Rules.aspx I read about Cross-Category prizes. I thought there were only 2 categories: one for games and one for non game entries. What's this Cross-Category stuff exactly about I suppose it's a third category, but what applications qualify for this category Alright, thank you Todd. So you choose one 'best app', which will win the grand prize. And the runner up in the category the best app belongs to will then ...Show All

  • ShawnT123 How to create a geo-fence

The PolyLine feature is a great feature in V3. I can now create a polygon for my geo-fence. However, I don't know how to figure out whether a new LatLong is within my previously defined polygon. Can somebody help Thanks. obviously if your polygon is rectangular, it's an easy task... but I don't know how you would accomplish it with the current set of available methods if it is not rectangular. ...Show All

  • kovnat BOTS on MSN

There have been a number of questions about BOTS in the forum in various theads so I thought I would provide this post with a broader update on the topic. MSN has recently started licensing BOTS on the network.  The huge benefit of a licensed BOT is that it will have contact limitations removed (the reverse list), so that millions of people could connect to the same ID.  Our goal is to enable a broad network of these IM applications ...Show All

  • Sam Jarawan MSFT V8 Beta

What do people think of Beta 8 I agree with PJ on just about everything. I could do without the shared folder feature because AIM already has that. There are only two reasons I use MSN messenger and neither have anything to do with the client. If I had it my way I would only use AIM since it uses less than half the resources of messenger. The one thing that is still missing from MSN is the abiltiy to have more ...Show All

  • Alex1123123 Todd @ Devdays in Amsterdam question (about bots on MSN)

Hi Todd, On the devdays confernce today in Amsterdam you mentioned that to make a bot on MSN you could either go through the Partners, or you could also talk directly through MSN (but have some limitations then) and parse the send strings yourself. Now browsing the forums and the messages about the Bots I see no where mentioned that you can also do it yourself WITHOUT using these partner platforms. Could you clarify how and where I coul ...Show All

  • Bugge cant get ride of packaged msngr

Hi, I am having some problems with my new system, XP Media, dealing with the mesenger that comes packaged and msn 7.0   I can not seem to get the packaged version to stop loading. I cant even find it to turn it off. I have to manually turn on 7.0, which does not bother me, but it takes longer because the built in msngr is taking its sweet time loading in the background. Appearantly it does not turn completely off after I load 7.0  ...Show All
