None that you can buy today - Direct3D 10 (there is no such thing as DirectX 10) requires new hardware.
However you can bet that the big card companies will have offerings and they will probably be announced closer to the vista lauch. I suspect they are currently being tested in places but I know at the PDC the DirectX team said tht all their demos were created using the reference rasterizer so I guess even MS didn't have hardware back then.

I would imagine that the D3D10 hardware won't be making an appearance until one of the major trade shows (e.g. SIGGRAPH, GDC, E3..). Even then I'd imagine it to be in fairly closed circles - few people have the ability to do much with them yet :-)
Whilst we were out in Seattle a couple of us MVP's did ask the DX team if we could have some D3D10 hardware, and they just laughed and said there was a long waiting list for whenever they appeared

Yes, most definitely. You will not be running Direct3D 10 on that hardware!
D3D10 requires a minimum feature set to be compliant. This "minimum" is currently higher than anything available on the market.
