As the MDX2.0 system is still in beta you should really be asking the questions in the Beta newsgroups. http://msdn.microsoft.com/directx/beta
Also just a note if you plan on using the MDX 2.0 in production systems you should read the note in the directX SDK (April 2006) or on the following post.
