Can anybody offer any information regarding the possible MDX9 (CLR2.0 compatible) release date (a +/- two month precision would be more than satisfactory).

Its more likely to be answered in there than in here.
The last time I asked Tom for an official date the official answer was "...when the quality is there and the documentation are done but we can't commit to an actual date..." (well words to that effect).
And yes he did say documentation and I'm assured that MDX2.0 will have much better docs.
