Connecting to two different databases on different domains

I need to connect and work with two different VSS databases under VSS 6.0.  One database I log in using my default workstation login, so have no problem with.  However, the other database I need to log in using a different domain\login to connect to, but I am having trouble connecting to it.

If I do "Open Sourcesafe Databases..." then I'll get access denied.  If I start VSS 6.0 using "Run As" and using my other login info, then I can see the database but cannot save/select the database to connect to.

Any Ideas   does this even make sense

Thank you

    Hi,

SourceSafe 6.0 uses Windows file-shares to access the databases.
You don't need to start VSSExplorer using different credentials.
Just make sure that database share fron the remote domain is acccessible first from WindowsExplorer, then you should be able to launch VSS from your account and open the database.
An alternative solution may be to use WindowsExplorer and map a network drive to the database share, then open the database from the mapped drive.
