Creating a MSHelp2 Combined Collection

This addition shows you how to create a Parent node and subsequent Child nodes related to the Parent Topic. It helps conserve space in the VS Help Contents window and, for example, how you can group API, Class Library, DLL Library and Programming Guide .HxS Collections generic to a specific application under one Parent node.
