Ok... I have my CHM help files converted over to HTMLHelp2 and have MSM for them..

Now from VSIP as a plugin,

How do I push context into the dynamic help

How do I open a specific keyword in help on F1

How do I open a specific topic ID when the user performs an action

    If you have downloaded the VSIP SDK or Visual Studio SDK, the Visual Studio Help Integration Guide includes topics that address these issues. For the latest documentation, visit http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/extend/ and download the SDK for your version of Visual Studio.

    I have done that...I've follow the examples several times and dynamic and F1 help never opens.

    There are several reasons why this doesn't work for you. The best place to find the answer is http://helpware.net/, see MS Help 2 section. If you won't have luck there, try to search or ask in specialized VS Helpauthoring newsgroup at http://groups-beta.google.com/group/microsoft.public.vstudio.helpauthoring hl=en.
    People are periodically asking the same questions there.
