Using MS Sourcesafe, I integrated it with VC++ 6.0. When I check out and check in in VC++, I can not find any record in history. But if I do it in the sourcesafe enviroment, It is ok.

If I understand correctly, you checkout a file in VC6, modify it, checkin, then the file's history doesn't show the change, neither from VC's integration, nor from VSS Explorer Is is possible you're checking out/in files in a different location than when you're doing similar actions from VSS explorer
