Debugger crashes Windows Explorer

I don't know if anyone else has ran into this issue, but if I am debugging my app (ASP.NET or Windows app) and try to open up Windows Explorer, it doesn't show (the Windows Explorer) on my pc for almost 5 minutes. If I stop the debugger while it's tryingo to show, then it appears right away.

Just thought I'd share this with everyone. I'm on vs2005 v 8.0.50727.42 with all the SP's downloaded and installed.
