If you are trying to deploy a web app you can use the server intall package found at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\Bootstrapper\Packages\CrystalReports\CRRedist.msi
Otherwise, this link is the closest I've come

With web apps the closest I've come still won't show charts.
