Hello Napilut.
I'm from The Netherlands, living in Chile
I understand some Spanish... (Not too much though... I'm just starting to learn...)
To answer your question: If it doesn't work without uninstalling SQL Express, then yes. I should say, give it a try. I didn't succeed without uninstalling SQL Express first. There's a KB article about manually uninstalling SQL Express, when the uninstall procedure fails for that part. If you allready have tried the WinFx uninstall tool, you've got a big chance that it removed the Sql Express setup support files. These you'll need to install again, before you can remove Sql Express. Important: If you have applied SQL Express Service Pack 1, use the setup support tools from that service pack, or de-installation of SQL Express will fail. For more info, see KB article 909967
The WinFx uninstall tool provided by Microsoft, does the same thing, as do other posts that I found suggest this same (awful) step. It's a lot of work, but I don't see any other solution.
Don't forget to backup your databases before uninstalling SQL Express. This can be done by using the SQL Management Studio Express, or simply by using SQL commands.
Best regards,
Jeroen Landheer.
Update: Added a link to the WinFx uninstall tool

I have the same problem and all I can find on the web is that response to do the "sc delete "InfoCard Service"
Well, that does not work for me and tried it twice and I get "service not found" and double checked that I typed it right.
Is there anything else to try to get WinFX Beta 2 to install.
This is the part of the error log I get:
[06/09/06,09:34:46] Windows Communication Foundation Beta 2: [2] Error: Installation failed for component Windows Communication Foundation Beta 2. MSI returned error code 1603
[06/09/06,09:35:33] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates WinFX Runtime Components 3.0 - Beta 2 was not attempted to be installed.

Zip up your WinFx installation logs (found in %temp% matching dd_*.*) and mail them to me at mark.grinols at microsoft dot com and i'll take a look. Also please let me know what previous WinFX builds you've had on the machine. Thanks!
