Installing the VS2005 Pro (German) after starting Setup.exe I get:
Could not copy the file ....VS\setup\DeleteTemp.exe to the temporary directory. Make sure that the specified file exists and run setup again.

VS 2005 Setup problem

I found the problem (lsobuster, blue icon with long filenames required).
However, after calling setup.exe next problem came up copying files. It seems to be a problem of IsoBuster.
Using Daemon Tools I could install without any problem.
