I have a SmartDoc Excel solution that is used in XP and Win 2k.
The 1st time I open my solution in both of the above OS(s) I can see and use the smart doc panel.
However when I save the document in XP and reopen it, the comboboxes in the Smart Doc pane are not drawn (a white space is left on the panel) , but I can see all the other GUI components and use them.
The solution RUNNING in Win 2K doesn’t have the effect described above.
Any ideas any body

It's a drag that this is not working as you expected it to. Let's see if we can make some progress on it.
1) Is this a VSTO solution or a straight .NET solution with ISmartDocument
2) Is the combobox the only control effected
3) Have you called ActiveDocument.SmartDocument.Refresh (going off the top of my head here, but I recall there being a Refresh method there) If so, what is the result
I recommned trying these as the first things to check. Please respond at your earliest convenience.

I have not been able to repro your problem on the RTM version. Are you on the RTM version I did look through our bug database and found that there were problems with the combobox in the action pane with pre-rtm builds. Those appear to have been fixed with the RTM, however.
Please let me know if you are in fact running the RTM build. I'll stay on this issue until we resolve it.

1) It is a VSTO 2005 Excel solution.
2) Yes the combobox is the only control effected
3) Yes i call the control and the Pane refresh method and nothing ( same effect )
My temp solution.
Is to close Excel and open only 1 instance of the SmartDoc VSTO Excel workbook :(

Je recommende que vous changiez votre version du programme. Je vois que vous avez toujours la version Beta 2. Maintenant, nous avons rendu au publique la version officielle et finale. Je ne peux pas reproduire votre probleme avec la version finale.
