MSVSMON remote debugging on 2003 server

Hi

I'm trying to debug an asp.net web application located on a Windows
Server 2003 machine with ASP.NET 2.0. The client is a Windows XP
Professional SP2 machine running VS2005 Professional.

If I run msvsmon as a normal application using an account with all kinds of permissions, I get an error saying that the MSVSMON on the remote machine doesn't have permission to connect to the client.

I I run msvsmon as a service, VS2005 can't find it at all.

The configuration utility for msvsmon complains about msvsmon and/or some ports being blocked by the windows firewall but it is turned off.

This is driving me totally nuts. Any ideas on how to solve it
