Seting up fields in Crystal Reports

setup in Crystal.

I must somehow setup the fields evenly the dates and the values that go under them.

How do I go about this.
Display all fields as whole dollars in the following format: no $ sign, separated by commas (e.g. 1,000,000). Negative numbers are shown in ( ). All fields should be large enough to fit an amount up to 9,999,999,999.
