I think it's just showed up on VSIP Downloads.

Wasn't that going to be listed as November 2005 release

we finished the bits on Oct, so we stuck with Oct.
originally we thought we had until the launch date ( 11/7 ) instead of media availability date ( 10/27 ) to finish off the SDK, hence our calling it Nov back in July or Aug.
