Error in installing msdn in Visual studio team system

I have installed visual studio team suite successfully.I also have sql server express on my system.
When I am installing msdn I am getting this error

In MSDN
Microsoft Document Explorer cannot be shown because the specified help collection
ms-help://ms.MSDNQTR.v80.en is invalid.

This is only the case with my systems in our software house.
When I try to install DVD on other system perfectly (except one more system give same error).

I have tried installing both from dvd and harddisk.Stoped all non related services.Deleting temp files but nothing is worked for me.

Thanks to you I have able install VSS as well as msdn.I have copied vss and msdn folder from the system where installation gone perfectly from the same dvd.Moreover i disable antispyware and antivirus disconnect LAN.Copied the folder in the system drive then install from them.

Kamran, I am very glad your problem is resolved. Could you please clarify few things: when you copied msdn folder, did you copy C:\Program Files\MSDN folder or did you copy dvd image Do you think disabling spyware made the difference

I copied image's msdn folder in any of my drive.C:/ or D:/ then shutdown antispyware,stop antivirus then start installing it is now also installed at my home PC successfully.
