Exists any software to VSS looks like Tortoise to CVS
Any software integrated with explorer, been easily to manage files isn't in projects, like scripts, models, diagrams... Showing checked out files in red and anothers in green

I haven't seen Tortoise, but from your description it seems to me that you're looking for a shell extension for VSS. If that's true, Effective SourceSafe may help: http://www.codeproject.com/tools/ess.asp
