Advice on installing Visual Studio 2005 Professional and SQL Server 2005 Developer

I've downloaded from MSDN the released versions of VS2005 Professional and SQL Server 2005 Developer editions.

Does anyone know the proper sequence to install these products

    I installed SQL Server Dev first, then installed VS, but when VS loads, there are no SQL components listed on the splash screen, just VB, C# and VWD.

    A colleague installed the other way, and has some SQL components listed on the splash screen. 

    Can I get VS to 'refresh' this list

    I hope you are right.  During the development cycle, it would matter.

    That are 2 separated products, so the sequence doesn't matter
