XLL's arent generally supported in Managed Code but there are some workarounds and products you can buy that wrapper the functionality to allow you to do this, a blog I have seen

shows how to do one of these AutomatedAddins that may help additionally
http://www.stochastix.de/solutions/excel/managedxll/latest/
is a product, I have not used this so cant validate its ability or support but worth a look
