I am trying to install WSUS on Windows 2000 server. I installed database MSDE 2000 release A, then I installed SQL Server 2000 (32-bit) security patch. The install was a success.
I checked to make sure the services are running before installing WSUS.
When I try to install WSUS I receive an error A DATABASE SERVER COULD NOT BE DETECTED.
I rebooted before I tried installing WSUS as well.
Any Ideas
