You will have to have control of your firewall to open up port 50000.
1. Select game setting, then the server tab, make sure the "Enable NAT support" is checked. 2. Use your firewall admin control to open port 50000. I use Linksys firewall in which I simply enabled IP forwarding for port 50000 to port to the machine I run terrarium. I can give you more detail if you are using Linksys firewall.
