Using Word templates to construct document dynamically

I need to write a Word document dynamically by adding Word templates that consists of formfields that need to be replaced with data from a dataset.

The problem is is that it doesn't seem to be possible to add the contents of the template,with the replaced formfields, to the document. It must be possible that the contents of the template is added multiple times to the same document.

Can somebody help me
