Make DataGrid columns look like DataGridView columns?

DataGridView seems to be much much slower than DataGrid; however it is alsomuch prettier.

Could anyone tell this VB. net newbie a way to set up the Column headers in DataGrid to behave and look like Datagridview   Ie XP style buttons which are moveable.
