Well see here's the thing we were able to do this before no problem and it was working correctly, now when I tried the solution you gave me it still doesn't work.

Computers are very logical machines. And File Extensions and actions have worked for about a decade since MS first introduced them. Double check everything I said and double check everything that is being done.
