.NET LicenseProvider references?

Can anyone point me to a good resource (online or e-doc preferably) that will explain how to use the .NET LicenseProvider. I am trying to license some usercontrols that I built.

I’m especially looking for an A-to-Z resource with examples on how to use the lc.exe and .licx files.

Also if anybody thinks there is a better forum than this one, please let me know.
