App w web services not running on norton

I wrote an app (windows forms) that uses web services, it runs fine on my pce at home and office, but does not run in a machine that has norton installed, any ideas why or how to get around it

    With Norton what installed  AntiVirus  Internet Security  Utilities

    There are a lot of tools that come from Symantec, and lots of reasons whey your app won't run.
