Is Microsoft bevore a big process problem?

My intention of windows is that microsoft is supporting his own los of data. How can Microsoft deal with the crouwd of data. Is microsoft able to know their import or export of data they have
- In what kind is this data to fetch and how are they able to analyze this
- What informations is Microsoft (windows xp) analyzing about the person.

My own thought of this is to have a system that is able to know the structure of the intended files/components they have.
Another things is to do a inteligent research of how the files get processed.
