actually i need to read text from a hand written document(bmp file), how to edit a bmp file.I thought to get pixels first but then how to match those pixels with raw data in order to read the exact text from the file. Do i need 2 have any knowledge of pattern matching Any idea of pattern matching in c#
i need this very urgently,,,

If you want it urgently, your best bet is to crack out the credit card and go looking for OCR components. This is NOT a trivial task, and you're not going to get it working via a forum post. You'd be lucky to find any articles, chances are you need to buy something or put some time in, which does not gel with your requirement for it 'urgently'
