The download page for the C# have you remove the .net and other express versions of software. Do i need to remove my VB express and then load the C# and reload the VB express to have them both on my computer

You need to remove them only if they are beta versions. The final (RTM) versions can coexist on the same machine (VB, C#, C++... in fact all express products)
