Definitely am requesting some assistance here. I downloaded the iso file and also downloaded Isobuster 1.9 to extract it. I followed the instructions off of Microsoft's downloading page but I cannot open my "setup.exe" file. When I run that file, an error window pops-up and says "Cannot initialize resources" I don't know what has happened and would appreciate any info I can get. That's the tool I use to mount an iso as a drive, and it always works fine for me.
