Hi everybody. I've a small question concerning Visual Studio WebDev 2005 B2. It is possible to develop some ASP.NET web site in my WinXP Home laptop (one of mine Visual C# dev platform) I think it'sn't possible, but I didn't try. Did you know if it is possible Thanks for the attention .
Thanks for the suggestions Rgerbig . Anyway. It is possible to install a IIS WebServer on Home edition, but it'sn't a "regular" operation and I wont do it on the laptop, on the PC I've WinXP Pro.
If you get Visual Studio run on your win xp home (I did) you should be able to build websites, but not run them. As I know there is no IIS in the Home Edition available. But you can run those sites on a webserver like the ones from centron.net, they offer free asp .net 2.0 Beta 2 hosting. If I were you I would give it a try.
WebDev Question.

They have it listed under the shared hosting options and are also show on the "find a .net 2.0 host" on the MS site...
